| Description: | The inhibition ratio of the test substance at the respective concentrations were calculated with setting the reaction value of the well to which DMSO had been added instead of the test substance to be 0%, and the reaction value of the well to which DMSO had been added instead of the test substance and a GTP assay buffer had been added instead of the DAMGO solution to be 100%, and a value that represented 50% inhibition was deemed as IC50 from the concentration-reaction curve. |
