| Description: | Activity was measured as a change in absorbance over time at a wavelength of 340 nm (A340), so as to monitor the disappearance of NADPH. After incubation of the enzyme with test compound and NADPH for 2 min, the reaction was initiated with the addition of DHF and the A340 was plotted over the course of 1.5 min. Six different concentrations of compound were utilized in the assays to determine the IC50. |
