| Description: | Aurora kinase was assayed in ELISA format using a GST fusion of the N-terminus of Histone H3 as substrate. Plates were coated with substrate, and then blocked with I-block (Tropix) in PBS. After kinase reaction, product was detected by incubation with antiphosphohistone H3 (Ser10) 6G3 mouse monoclonal antibody and sheep-antimouse HRP conjugate, followed by washing and addition of TMB substrate. Plates were read at 450 nm. |
