Q.; Baltimore, D. Proc. Natl. Acd. Sci. USA 1988, 85(23), 9312). Specific steps were as follows: The compound of the present invention was dissolved in dimethyl sulfoxide (DMSO) to make a stock solution of 2 mM, then the stock solution was diluted with DMSO following a 7 half-log series to concentrations ranging from 2 uM to 600 pM. |
