| Description: | The inhibition of H477R PEPCK by β-sulfopyruvate (βSP), oxalate, and GMPPCP was conducted in the direction of PEP synthesis (OAA → PEP). The Michaelis constant of OAA was determined at various fixed concentrations of β-SP (0−100 μM) or oxalate (0−1000 μM), and the Michaelis constant for GTP was determined at various fixed concentrations of GMPPCP (0-800 μM). |
