| Description: | The release of 2-chloro-4-nitrophenol resulting from the HPA-catalyzed hydrolysis of 2-chloro-4-nitrophenyl a-maltotrioside (CNPG3) was monitored at 400 nm. Reactions were run at 30 °C in 50 mM NaPi and 100 mM NaCl (pH 7.0). Reactions were monitored over 5 min to measure the initial reaction rate. |
