| Description: | The enzyme was assayed with substrate GST-Rb in the presence of 50 mM ATP/[gamma-32P] ATP, and capturing the 32-P labeled reaction products on GSH-Sepharose beads. IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of enzyme activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from [gamma-32P] labeled ATP to GST-Rb. Use of 32P-labeled ATP allows this transfer to be monitored by scintillation counting. |
