| Description: | Kinase activity was assayed in reaction buffer containing substrate peptide, enzyme, and inhibitor compound in the presence ATP/[gamma-33P] ATP. 33P incorporation was measured using a Perkin-Elmer Trilux scintillation counter. The IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of kinase activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from 33P labeled ATP to the substrate. |
