| Description: | Kinase activities were assayed in buffers containing substrate, enzyme, and inhibitor at 30 °C in the presence of 100 uM ATP/ [gamma-33P] ATP. 33P incorporation was measured with a scintillation counter. The IC50 is the inhibitor concentration, which inhibits 50% of kinase activity that catalyzes the transfer of the terminal phosphate from 33P labeled ATP to the substrate. |
