| Description: | .(R)- and (S)-(4-Fluorophenyl)(4-((5-methyl-1H-pyrazol-3-yl)amino)quinazolin-2-yl)methanol was tested in a radioligand binding assay, according to the procedure described in Olah et al., Mol. Pharmacol. 1994, 45, 978-982 and Salvatore et al., Proc. Natl. Acad. Sci. U.S.A. 1993, 90, 10365-10369, in human recombinant CHO-K1 cells expressing the human adenosine A3 receptor. Incubations of a range of concentration of each compound were carried out in duplicates for 1 h at 25° C. in 25 mM HEPES, pH 7.4, 5 mM MgCl2, 1 mM CaCl2, 0.1% BSA, in the presence of 0.5 nM [125I] AB-MECA. Non-specific binding was determined in the presence of 1 uM IB-MECA. |
