| Description: | Fluorescent assays were carried out in black 96-well plates. Caspase activity was monitored using a Labsystem Fluoroskan II spectrofluorometer with an excitation wavelength of 405 nm and an emission wavelength of 505 nm. Inhibition IC50 values were calculated based on the inhibition data obtained throughout the inhibitor concentration range from 0.3 nM to 300 uM. |
