| Description: | IC50 values for each test compound were determined from nonlinear regression analysis of data collected from ligand binding experiments. The inhibition constant (Ki) was calculated from IC50 value by the Cheng and Prusoff equation. EC50/IC50 values were measured as either agonism of cAMP production or antagonism of 5-HT stimulated cAMP production in HeLa cells stably transfected with human 5-HT6 receptors. |
