| Description: | Recombinant HSV TKs were assayed in reaction mixture containing substrate [3H-methyl]TdR and test compounds. After reaction was stopped, the radioactivity was counted in scintillation fluid. Enzymes were assayed with at least five inhibitor concentrations in duplicate assays to yield IC50, the inhibitor concentration reducing activity by 50%. |
