| Description: | The recombinant Agg-1 proteins pretreated with the various concentrations of the compound for 10 to 15 min. The reaction was initiated by addition of the WAAG-3R substrate at a final concentration of 25 uM. The reaction is monitored at excitation of 340 nm and emission of 420 nm over a period of 30 min in a fluorimeter (GeminiXS; Molecular Devices Corp., Sunnyvale, CA). |
