| Description: | The phosphatase-catalyzed hydrolysis of 6,8-difluoro-4-methylumbelliferyl phosphate was assayed in the presence of each test compound. The fluorescence signal was measured at 360 nm (excitation) and 460 nm (emission) with plate reader. The curvefitting program Prism 4 (GraphPad Software) was used to calculate the IC50 value. |
