| Description: | WT eEF-2K (2 nM) was preincubated with various concentrations of inhibitors (0-1000 uM) in assay buffer containing CaCl2 (150 uM), calmodulin (1 uM), triton X-100 (0.01%), and peptide substrate (50 uM) for 60 min. The reactions were started by addition of [gamma-P32]-ATP (100 uM, specific activity = 1000 cpm/pmol). |
