| Description: | Steady state kinetics assays were performed on a Cary 100 UV−vis spectrophotometer in 10 mM phosphate-buffered saline (pH 7.4) with 2 nM ADC-7. The Vmax and Km of the β-lactam substrate nitrocefin (NCF) for ADC-7 were determined from initial steady-state velocities using this colorimetric indicator (NCF, Δε482 = 17400 M^−1 cm^−1). |
