| Description: | The 135 µL of 50 mM phosphate saline buffer pH (6.8) was added in the 96-well plate and 20 µL of test sample with 70% DMSO added into the wells. The solution of Enzyme 20 µL was added into the wells, and incubated the plate for 15 min. After incubation pre-read of the plate was taken by the spectra max. Afterward 25 µL of the substrate (pNPG) was added and a reading was taken on spectra max at 400 nm for 30 min. The normal reading is taken and the percent inhibition was calculated. |
