| Description: | The reaction mixture contained 50 mM phosphate buffer, pH 6.8, 0.05% L-DOPA and the supernatant (tyrosinase). After incubation in the absence or presence of various stilbene derivatives (with varying concentrations ranging from 1 µg/mL to 100 µg/mL) at 37 °C for 20 min, dopachrome was monitored by measuring absorbanceat wavelength 492 nm by using a Molecular Devices microplate reader. |
