| Description: | The alpha assay was used to assess the binding of the compounds of the application to TRIM24 at various concentrations. All compounds were added at concentrations from 50 μM to 0.002 μM. Compounds that bind to TRIM24 compete with the PHD-bromodomain of TRIM24 in interacting with the donor bead, and the H3K23ac histone peptide bound to the acceptor bead, which causes a decrease in signal. IC50 values were calculated by using Graphpad PRISM's log(inhibitor) vs. response variable slope (four parameters). |
