| Description: | MDA-MB453 cells were plated in 96-well cell culture plates at a density of 1x105 cells. Cells were allowed to attach, and growth media was replaced with serum free media. Compounds were added at the indicated concentrations. Following 1 hr incubation in the presence of compound, cells were collected. Cell lysates were prepared and processed according to manufacturer instruction (AlphaScreen SureFire Phospho-ERK 1/2 Kit (Perkin Elmer). |
