| Description: | The IC50s were determined by incubating the receptors with radiolabeled dexamethasone in the presence of full log scale concentrations (10-11 M to 10-6 M) of cold dexamethasone or the ligands. The IC50s were calculated assuming a single binding site sigmoidal dose-response model. The EC50s were obtained from transcriptional repression of IL-6-release using the human A549 lung epithelial cell line and freshly isolated mouse thioglycolate-elicited peritoneal exudate cells. |
