| Description: | The kinase activity was determined by quantitation of the amount of radioactive phosphate transferred to myelin basic protein (MBP) with or without inhibitor. Bound radiolabeled phosphate was quantitated using a Microbeta scintillation counter (Model 1450, PerkinElmer). The data were analyzed using Prizm nonlinear least-squares regression (GraphPad Software). EC50/IC50 values were obtained from cell-based inhibition of LPS induced TNFalpha production. |
