| Description: | Brains from male Sprague-Dawley rats were removed, dissected, and rapidly frozen. Ligand binding experiments were conducted in assay tubes containing radioligand, rat membrane tissue, and test compounds. Incubations were terminated by filtration with through GF/B filters. Results were analyzed using the Equilibrium Binding Data Analysis software (EBDA, Biosoft). |
