| Description: | Membranes were incubated with [125I] kisspeptin-15 and increasing concentrations of test compound in binding buffer. The reaction mixtures were diluted and filtered through GF/F filters. The filters were washed and subjected to gamma-counting. IC50 values indicate the concentration needed for 50% inhibition of receptor binding of [125I]kisspeptin-15. |
