| Description: | 10uL serial dilutions (10mM to 128uM) of testing compounds in TBS/Ca in triplicates were added to 20uL of a stock solution of LecB (225nM) and reporter ligand (1.5nM) in TBS/Ca. The microtiter plates were centrifuged at 800rpm for 1 min at 23 degrees Celsius and incubated for 6h at RT. The fluorescence was measured using a Tecan INFINITE F500 plate reader with excitation filters at 485nm and emission filters at 535nm in black 384-well microtiter plates. |
