| Description: | Binding reaction was initiated by adding a dilution series of test compound in tracer solution to LXR-coated flash plates. Each concentration of test compound was analyzed in duplicate. Bound radioactivity was measured in a Wallac Microbeta normalized for flashplates. Agonist potency and efficacy were measured in CHO cells stably transfected with full length human LXR beta and alkaline phosphatase gene driven by LXRE promoter. EC50 values were determined from dose response curves represented measurement at 12 concentrations, each concentration was measured in quadruplicates. Efficacy was measured relative to T0901317. |
