| Description: | Each PLpro enzyme was immobilized on a CM5 sensor chip using standard aminecoupling with running buffer HBS-P (10 mM HEPES, 150 mM NaCl, 0.05% surfactant P-20, pH 7.4) using a Biacore T200 instrument. The MERS-PLpro enzyme was immobilized to flow channels 2 and 3, and immobilization levels of flow channels 2 and 3 were ∼16 900 RU and ∼16 700 RU, respectively. SARS-PLpro was immobilized to flow channel 4 at the immobilization level of ∼14 600 RU to be compared with MERS-PLpro. |
