| Description: | The protocols for tight and weak binders were described in Biacore S51 assay set-up with a flow rate of 30 µL/min. For His-Bcl-2 protein assays, the running buffer contained 0.01 M HEPES, 0.15 M NaCl, 50 µM EDTA, 0.05% P20 and 1% DMSO at pH 7.4. The His-Bcl-2 protein surface was regenerated between binding cycles with at least a 5-min injection of running buffer for tight-binding compounds. |
