| Description: | The biochemical activity of compounds was determined by incubation with specific enzyme and substrate in the presence 10 uM ATP/ [gamma-33P] ATP. After incubation, the reaction was stopped and the phosphorylated substrate was separated from nonincorporated radioactive ATP using Streptavidin-coated SPA beads (Amersham Pharmacia), counted using scintillation counter (Wallac) to measure substrate-incorporated phosphate. |
