| Description: | Compound serial dilution was performed by Echo, and the final concentrations varied from 10 μM to 0.5 nM. 5 μL/well of Enzyme solution was added to the assay plate containing the compound. The plate was centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 1 min, and incubated at 25° C. for 15 min. Then, 5 μL/well of tracer solution (Tracer 178) was added to initiate the reaction, and incubate for 60 min at 25° C. Next, 5 μL of GST-Tb was added into the assay plate, the plate was centrifuged at 1000 rpm for 1 min, and incubated at 25° C. for 15 min. The assay plate was read on Envision. |
