| Description: | Displacement of fluorescein labeled tracer 2-(6-hydroxy-3-oxo-3H-xanthen-9-yl)-5-({[5-(4-{[7-(hydroxycarbamoyl)-2H,3H,4H,5H-thieno[2,3-f][1,4]oxazepine-4-carbonyl]amino}phenoxy)pentyl]carbamothioyl}amino)benzoic acid from HDAC6 was measured in vitro using a TR-FRET assay. The assays were performed in 1536-well plates in a total volume of 6 μL in assay buffer consisting of 50 mM HEPES pH 7.5, 50 mM NaCl, 50 mM KCl, 0.01% Triton X-100, 0.5 mM GSH, 0.03% BGG, 0.01% BSA. |
