| Description: | A test compound or DMSO was added to a protein and a reaction buffer (0.1 M potassium phosphate buffer, 2.5 mM GSH) to make a total volume of 100 μL and incubated on ice for 15 minutes. The reaction started when PGH2 was added and 100 μL of a stop solution (40 mM FeCl2, 80 mM citric acid) was added after 2 minutes to complete the reaction. PGE2 production was measured by the PGE2 ELISA kit. |
