| Description: | PARG enzyme as incubated with compound or vehicle (DMSO) for 15 minutes or 2 hours in a 384 well plate. After adding the PARG substrate ADP-ribose-pNP, the plate was read for absorbance intensity at 405 nm. The vehicle (DMSO) with high absorbance intensity represents no inhibition of enzymatic reaction while the low control (no enzyme) with low absorbance intensity represents full inhibition of enzymatic reaction. |
