| Description: | SHP-2 inhibitory activity was tested using human recombinant GST-fusion SHP-2 (Calbiochem). Test compound was preincubated with enzyme mixture before addition of the substrate. The substrate, p-nitrophenyl phosphate, was used at concentrations of 2.5, 5, 10, 20, and 40 mM. Enzyme activity was estimated by measuring the absorbance at 405 nm with appropriate corrections for absorbance of the compounds. |
