| Description: | Enzymatic hydrolysis of ATP to ADP was coupled to the conversion of NADH to NAD+. The decrease in NADH absorbance was monitored at 340 nm for 20 min with a Molecular Devices plate reader. The rate of enzymatic hydrolysis was plotted against a serial dilution of inhibitor to determine potency, and the data were fitted to the Morrison equation for tight-binding inhibition. |
