| Description: | FMS was assayed using a fluorescence polarization (FP) competition immunoassay that measured FMS phosphorylation of FMS 555-568 peptide at Y561. The reaction was initiated with ATP, incubated 80 min at room temperature, and quenched by the addition of EDTA. The FP buffer/tracer/phospho-Y antibody mix (Invitrogen) was added to the quenched reaction, and FP was measured using an Analyst reader (Molecular Devices) at excitation/emission of 485/530 nm. |
