| Description: | Ki values were determined from a competition experiment in which serial dilutions of inhibitor were added to compete against a fixed concentration (1 or 10 nM) of the fluorescent ligand for binding to a fixed concentration of the protein. Ki value was determined by nonlinear regression fitting of the competition curve using a set of custom equations and an Excel curve fitting tool. |
