| Description: | TF-FVIIa assay reactions were performed in a mixture containing FVIIa , lapidated tissue factor, in an assay buffer in the presence of test compounds dissolved in DMSO were incubated at varied concentrations, followed by addition of substrate Spectrozyme-FVIIa . Reactions were incubated for 5 min at room temperature prior to measuring the change in OD405 nm for 10 min at 21-s intervals with a PowerwaveX (Bio-Tek Instruments) microplate reader. |
