| Description: | The potency of inhibitors in preventing α4β7 integrin interaction with MadCAM-1 was measured by monitoring the capture of α4β7 integrin expressing cells on a recombinant MadCAM-1 extracellular domain-coated plate. 384-Well plates (Corning 3702) were coated with MadCAM-1 extracellular domain by dispensing 20 μL of MAdCAM-1 at 1.0 μg/mL per well and incubating overnight at 4° C. The plates were then washed with PBS and blocked with 3% BSA for 2 hours before being washed again. |
