| Description: | The ligand solutions (10uM siderophore, TBS with 5% (v/v) DMSO, pH 7.4) were prepared from 4mM stock solution in DMSO. The protein solution was prepared as previously reported. Small amounts of ligand solution were mixed with the protein solution and equilibrated for at least 4 min before fluorescence measurement. The data was fit to a one-to-one binding model with two parameters, Kd and fluorescence response, using the program DYNAFIT. |
