| Description: | CHO-hCX3CR1 membranes (3 μg per well) together with 75 pM [125I]-CX3CL1 (Perkin Elmer) and different concentrations of competitor compound were incubated together with 400 µg/well WGA coated PVT SPA beads (Perkin Elmer) in 50 mM HEPES (pH 7.4), 10 mM MgCl2, 1mM EDTA and 0.1% Gelatin in a Greiner polystyrene flat-bottom 384-well plate. The plate was incubated for 20 h at room temperature before the radioactivity was measured using a MicroBeta Trilux reader (PerkinElmer). The DMSO concentration was held constant at 1%. |
