| Description: | Recombinant human DHODH (final enzyme concentration between 20 and 60 nM in the assay well) were incubated at 37 °C in 50 mM Tris-HCl, 0.1% Triton X-100, 1 mM KCN, pH 8.0 with coenzyme Q10 (100 µM), and the tested compounds at different concentrations (final DMSO concentration 0.1% v/v). The reaction was initiatedby the addition of DHO (500 µM), and the reduction of DCIP (50 µM) was monitored through a decrease in absorbance at 650 nm. |
