| Description: | Reactions were carried out using the buffered solution reported for the three-component reaction. The bBiDomain reactions included 100 nm bBiDomain and either YumC or FLDR at 1 μm; except for reactions in which YumC concentrations were varied. For inhibition assays, inhibitors were added at 30 μm. Similar to the three-component reaction, bBiDomain reactions were initiated with NADPH at a final concentration of 400 μm, quenched by thermal denaturation, and analyzed by Griess reaction. |
