| Description: | The eight synthesized dialkyl-3-cyanopropylphosphates (3a-h) were dissolved in0.01 M dimethyl sulphoxide and then diluted in demineralized water to 1 mM and 0.1 mM. Pursuing the procedure described in [Carletti et al., Biochem. J., 421:97-106], the activities were determined as follows: the reaction mixture containing the phosphate buffer, AChE or BChE and the chosen dialkyl-3-cyanopropylphosphate, was prepared and intensively stirred. DTNB and ATCh were then added to the sample and mixed, and the absorbance was then measured at 405 nm using a Thermo Scientific Multiskan FC Microplate Photometer. |
