| | α-glucosidase Inhibitory Activity Assay |
| Description: | α-glucosidase (25 μL, 0.2 U/mL), 25 μL of various concentrations of samples, and 175 μL of 50 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.0) were mixed at room temperaturefor 10 min. The reaction was started by the addition of 25 μL of 2.5 mM p-nitrophenyl-α-d-glucopyranoside. The activities of glucosidase were detected in 96-well plate, and the absorbance was determined at 405 nm (for p-nitrophenol) in a microplate reader (Corona Electric Co., Ltd). Control sample contained 25 μL DMSO in place of test samples. |
