| Description: | The reaction mixture (1 mL, pH 7.4) contained 100mM triethanolamine, 10mM EDTA, 0.2mM NADH, 1mM glyceraldehyde 3-phosphate (GAP) and 0.9 units of α-glycerol phosphate dehydrogenase (α-GPDH). The reaction was initiated by addition of 5 ng/mL of the corresponding TIM or the corresponding TIM pre-incubated with the studied compounds. In these cases, inhibition assays, the enzymes were pre-incubated for 2 h at 37 °C with the studied compounds. |
