| Description: | The compounds were screened for their affinity for PBR using a method adapted from Le Fur et al (Life Sci. 1983; USA 33: 449-57).The compounds to be tested (dissolved in 50mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4, 10 mM MgCl2 containing 1% DMSO) competed for binding to Wistar rat heart PBR against 0.3 nM [3H]-PK-11195. The reaction was carried out in 50 mM Tris-HCl, pH 7.4 10 mM MgCl2 for 15 minutes at 25° C. |
