| Description: | Human serine protease enzymes plasmin, thrombin, trypsin, Factor Xa and Factor XIIa were assayed for enzymatic activity using an appropriate fluorogenic substrate. Protease activity was measured by monitoring the accumulation of liberated fluorescence from the substrate over 5 minutes. |
