| Description: | Test Compound Dissolution: 1) The test compound was dissolved in DMSO to prepare a 30 mM stock solution. 2) The stock solution of the test compound was serially diluted with DMSO to obtain secondary stock solutions at concentrations of 300 μM, 100 μM, 30 μM, 10 μM, and 3 μM. 3) 10 μL of each secondary stock solution was diluted into 10 mL of extracellular solution to achieve final concentrations of 300 nM, 100 nM, 30 nM, 10 nM, and 3 nM for electrophysiological testing. |
